Here's How:
1. Add your logo in Affiliate Signup page.
2. Login into your affilate account and click on Build Storefront in left side under Affiliate Menu.
3. Under the banner of your choice to have as a center piece, copy the code for your storefront. Save this as a index.html file or store.html file. This page is embedded with all your affiliate links already in them. Your logo will be at the top and when clicked it will go to your homepage.
